Our Schedule This Week



Good Morning Everyone,

Our schedule this week is as follows:

Monday - Rehearsal 3:30pm - 5:30pm

Wednesday - Rehearsal 6:00pm - 9:00pm

Friday - 5:00pm Attendance then review and discuss drill. 
             5:45pm Depart for Infocision
             6:00pm Arrive at Infocision, unpack and warm up. 
             6:45pm pre-game
             7:00pm kick off
             9:30pm(ish) arrive at Ellet

Saturday - 11:45am Attendance
                 Noon - 2:00pm Rehearsal
                 2:00pm - 2:30pm Activity
                 2:30pm - 3:15pm Lunch Provided
                 3:15pm - 3:50 Clean hats, shoes and instruments then load trailer. Be sure to have your Marching Orangemen shirt, navy shorts and high black socks.
                 4:00pm Departure for Copley
                 5:10pm Meet Host
                 5:15pm Warm-Up
                 5:55pm Depart for Gate
                 6:05pm At gate
                 6:15pm GREAT PERFORMANCE
                    After our performance we will return to the buses to change and re-enter the stadium.
                 9:00pm Host band performs, Awards will follow.
                 9:30(ish) Departure for Ellet
                10:00pm(ish) Arrival at Ellet
                   Uniforms will be properly put away and the trailer will be unloaded first thing Monday morning. The unloading of the trailer will require everyones help.

We have worked hard and have earned the privilege of a great performance on Saturday. Be a part of that great performance through outstanding preparation this week. We don't have school on Friday so everything has to be done Monday-Thursday. You can make this happen and you can have a great performance. Help one another, Be at rehearsal, Be prepared, Work hard and don't let up till you can do it.
